A Tribute to Northern Soul
The new year is fast approaching and we have a fantastic new calendar of events coming your way, starting with a Tribute to Northern Soul on Friday 31st January.
DJ Terry Peters will be playing various classics from the Soul and Motown era as well as hints of Reggae and Ska.
The event starts from 7:30pm with no entry fee. All welcome. We hope to see you there!

Busy Lizzy Baby Fitness
For 2020 we have teamed up with Busy Lizzy who offer all types of fitness classes during and after your pregnancy journey.
Every Thursday morning at 10am-11:30am join the UK’s No.1 Family Club at The Meadhurst’s Dance Studio for nurturing, calming and supportive sessions designed for new mothers and developing babies.
For a limited time only, Busy Lizzy are offering £10 off all BP employees first month’s membership and the ability to trial their sessions for free.
Meadhurst Music Quiz
The Meadhurst Club’s Music Quiz with Terry Peters is back.
Grab a team and test your music knowledge each month in the Bar Lounge from 8pm. With 8 rounds of sounds from different eras, you and a team of up to 6 have a chance of winning a cash prize.

Group Exercise Timetable
Commencing Thursday 2nd January, The Meadhurst are issuing a new Group Exercise timetable. From Yoga to Fighting Fit, there is a wide variety of sessions for you to get involved in and start your new year off in the right way.
New 30 minute Fast Classes this quarter:
Core and Flex – This class will concentrate on improving Core strength and Stability.
Wake Up Work Out – This class will consist of functional movements along with cardiovascular and muscular endurance improving formats. Incorporating Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells and Bodyweight exercises.
5 Moves – You will complete 5 energetic strength and endurance moves to give your body a blast in just 30 minutes.
