Group Exercise Timetable
New Fast Classes this quarter:
– Bodyweight Blast: Combination of Circuits, including full body movements, core work and combat workouts to give you energy for the rest of the week. 30 mins
– Total Fitness: Full-body circuits using kettlebells, ViPR’s and bodyweight movements to give you a fun and challenging workout! 30 mins
– Outdoor Circuits: An outdoor full body class. Training muscle endurance, cardio and core. Short sharp bursts of intense exercise promoting great results in a short space of time. 30 mins
– Core & Stretch Fast Class: A great workout for your abdominal and lower back muscles, promoting strength from within and a good posture, while also concentrating on stretching and improving flexibility. 30 mins
Notice – Clubbercise will be coming off the timetable. The last session will be Wednesday 10th July 2019.
Mel is running her personal training course Strong once again this July.
