Group Exercise Timetable 

New Fast Classes this quarter:

Fast, Lean, Fit: This class will consist of functional movements along with cardiovascular and muscular endurance improving formats. Incorporating Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells and Bodyweight exercises. 30 mins

– Strong 30: A full body workout mainly using mainly using body weight to build your stamina and overall strength. We will work hard in 30 second intervals on Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio and Core areas. 30 mins 

– Your Body: Not all training requires equipment. What if we told you that your strength, balance and flexibility will improve by using just your body as the resistance! 30 mins
