Group Exercise Timetable 

New Fast Classes this January:

HiiT Circuits: A high intensity full body workout using body weight exercises and some light equipment. Short sharp bursts of intense exercise promoting great results in a short space of time! 30 mins

Abs Blast: A great workout for your abdominal and lower back muscles, promoting strength from within and a good posture! 30 mins

– Time to Tabata: Using this simple format of 20 second on 10 seconds off, achieve great all over muscular toning and body fat reduction with this fast class burst! 30 mins 

– Boxing Blast: Wake your day up with a fighting start in this high energy, all over body workout using punch bags and boxing mitts! 30 mins
