Group Exercise Timetable 

New Fast Classes this quarter:

Monday Move: A combination of Circuits, including full body movements, core work and combat workouts to give you energy for the rest of the week. 30 mins

– Park Fit: An outdoor full-body class. Training muscle endurance, cardio and core. Short sharp bursts of intense exercise promoting great results in a short space of time. 30 mins 

– Kettlebells and ViPR’s: Full-body circuits using kettlebells, ViPR’s and body weight movements to give you a fun and challenging workout. 30 mins
