Group Exercise Timetable 

New Fast Classes this quarter:

Kettlebell Body Blast  – Enjoy a full body workout using kettlebells to enable you to burn fat, tone up and increase muscular strength quickly and with power.

Top to Toe Tabata  – Tabata workouts are high intensity, fun, blasts calories and moves so quickly it’s hard to get bored. You perform an exercise at maximal intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds rest. Sounds easy? Come and give it a go! 30 mins

– Mobility + Foam Rolling – Learn self-myofascial release techniques through the use of the foam roller. Using foam roller as part of your training program will improve your flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. Increase mobility through dynamic flexibility exercises through the class. 30 mins

Full Body Sculpt – A full body conditioning and toning class that focuses on reshaping your upper and lower body, including arms, shoulders, legs, thighs, buttocks and stomach.
