Group Exercise Timetable

New classes this quarter;

– Strength Training Circuits – A resistance training and aerobic exercise class to burn calories fast. You’ll enjoy a whole body workout, including the latest high-intensity interval training techniques.

– PiYo – PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, low-impact workout, and you’ll get incredibly defined.

Core and Flexibility Fast Class – A muscle-toning class, focused on core strength to sculpt, tone and condition all major muscles of the torso increasing spinal stability, essential for posture and health.

– 24 Moves Fast Class – Every minute makes a difference with fast moves that fit around the busiest of days. Bend, Squat, Twist, Push and Pull around your body. 30 mins
